When we say 'we' or 'us' in this policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy"), we're referring to The Correctify team managing and controlling this webpage (hereinafter referred to as the "webpage") and other web-platforms (hereinafter referred to as the "platforms") for the provision of the Services towards you.

Glossary

Cookies: Cookies are small pieces of data stored on a User's device.

Consent: means the agreement which must be freely given, specific, informed and be an unambiguous indication of the Data Subject's wishes by which they, by a statement or by a clear positive action, signifies agreement to the Processing of Personal Data relating to them.

Data Protection Laws: means the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 and the applicable data protection laws of the Republic of Cyprus as amended from time to time. Personal Data is subject to the legal safeguards specified in the GDPR and/or domestic data protection laws of the Republic of Cyprus as amended from time to time. Bank account data (billing data): your bank account number (payment details) and plastic card details. For the avoidance of any doubt, any provided payment information such as payment card details are collected via secure payment processing service providers.

Account login details: user name and chosen password. If you opt to create an account using your Google Account, we will also collect relevant Google Account information.

Device Data: includes a unique device identifier, operating system and device used by you. When you use our Services, we automatically collect information such as the type of device you use and operating system version through Google Analytics.

Usage Data: includes details of your use of our webpage and platform. We collect and analyse usage data from our users – this data is used for the research and development of our Services through Google Analytics.

User data: includes information about you as a user of our platform and Services through Google Analytics. Interaction data: includes information on your online behaviour on our webpage and platform and information about when you click on one of our adverts and in general how you interact with our Services.*

Marketing and Communications Data: includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our third parties and your communication preferences.*

How Long We Keep Your Personal Data?

We will keep your Personal Data only for the purposes set out in this Policy and in accordance with applicable Data Protection Laws. We will never retain your Personal Data for a longer period than is reasonably necessary. If you do not use our Services for a period of 3 (three) years then we shall consider your Account as inactive and we shall delete your data saved therein, provided that a written notification is sent to you informing you about our decision to close your Account maintained with us. If it is reasonably considered necessary we may request you to re-submit your data to enable your Account to become active.

Do We Share Your Personal Data With Third Parties?

We do not share, or transmit any of your Personal Data you provide us to any third party, other than such Data which are automatically transferred to our authorized payment service providers.

Also, we do not sell your Personal Data to third parties unless you provide us with your express consent to.

What Is The Legal Basis For Processing Your Personal Data?

Whenever we process your Personal Data to enable us provide our Services to you there is a lawful basis of such processing which is the below:

Any Personal Data we obtain from our social media accounts is given by you when you consent to their usage and it is used only for interaction within the social media accounts, e.g. you may follow us, like us/connect with us/ subscribe to us on a social media account to receive/view video clips, photos, news on various type products and service updates, information about us or connect to our webpage via a social media link or interact with us in a chat room. How Do We Protect Your Data?

Security: We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your Personal Data against loss or other forms of unlawful processing by any third party as prescribed in the applicable Data Protection Laws. The Data you provide us is stored on secured servers located within the E.U and/or E.E.A and such Data are not transmitted and/or transferred to any third country.
Confidentiality: We treat your Data with utmost confidentiality and none of your Data we collect or store are shared with any unauthorised party. The Data and passwords are always encrypted to avoid their exposure.
Secure and Independent Payment Processing Service Providers: We ensure continuous protection of your payment details concerning your inserted Bank account data. Execution of any payments are effected via our webpage and/or platforms are processed and completed by well-established and recognised payment service providers which are managing retail payment systems. For the avoidance of any doubt, the full card payment number shall never be stored on our systems but only by the Payment processing service providers which do not belong to us.
