A User may act as both the Owner of their own Organization Workspace and as an Authorized User in other Organization Workspaces to which they have been invited. The term "User" includes anyone who interacts with the platform, whether by uploading content, managing subscriptions, or utilizing the platform's features and services.The User corresponds to the Data Subject, who is the subject of Personal Data.

Age Restriction

As explicitly stated in our Terms and Conditions, to register on our webpage and/or platform, and subscribe to any of our plans, you must be eighteen (18) years of age or over. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, and accepting this Privacy Policy, you acknowledge and agree that you have reached the age of 18. If you are not 18 years old or above, you are not permitted to use our Services, register an account, or subscribe to any plans.

Why Do We Collect Your Personal Data?

• Authorized Users Data: If you are invited to join an Organization Workspace as an Authorized User, we collect data related to your role within that workspace. This includes your name, email, actions within the workspace (such as uploads, edits, credit usage), and any other activities that impact the workspace. We also track your interactions with other Authorized Users and any actions you take that affect the Organization Workspace's resources or management.
• Organization Workspace Data: If you are the Owner of an Organization Workspace, we collect data related to the workspace itself, including information about the activities of all Authorized Users within it. This includes data on workspace management, such as assigning roles, managing subscriptions, and tracking credit usage. The Organization Owner's actions in administering the workspace, including user management, are also collected.
• Other data: any special instructions or restrictions relating to your account with us.

How Long We Keep Your Personal Data?

We will retain your Personal Data only for the purposes outlined in this Policy and in accordance with applicable Data Protection Laws. We will not retain your Personal Data for longer than is reasonably necessary. If you do not use our Services for a period of 6 (six) years, we will consider your Account inactive and l delete the data saved therein, provided that we send you a written notification informing you of our decision to close your Account.. If it is deemed reasonably necessary, we may request that you re-submit your data to reactivate your Account. We may retain certain Personal Data for longer periods where required to meet legal obligations (e.g., tax or accounting purposes) or to resolve disputes. In such cases, we will retain only the minimum amount of data necessary for these purposes. For example, we may retain transaction records for tax or legal reporting purposes, or to address disputes or regulatory requirements.

If you request the deletion of your account, this process is irreversible, and you will lose access to all services, including any credits, stored content, or progress associated with your account. Similarly, if you are an Organization Owner, the deletion of your account will result in the removal of the Organization Workspace, and all Authorized Users within that workspace will lose access. If you are an Authorized User, your personal information will be deleted, but the Organization Workspace will remain active unless the Organization Owner requests its deletion.

• Right to Restriction of Processing: You have the right to request a restriction on the processing of your Personal Data, subject to certain conditions outlined in applicable Data Protection Laws.
• Right to data portability (transfer): You have the right to receive your Personal Data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. You may also request to transmit this data to a third party where technically feasible..

How Do We Protect Your Data?
