These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the correctify.com.cy website (hereinafter referred to as the "webpage") and other platforms of Correctify (hereinafter referred to as the "platforms") and your relationship with Correctify ("we" or "us"). Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. Please note that in order to use the webpage and platforms, you will need to register in our systems and create an account (hereinafter the “Account”). Currently, we support three authentication flows, all of which require an active email address. The first is based on email/password authentication flow, the second uses Google sign in, and the third the Facebook sign in. This means that you will need to use your email address associated with these accounts, which will subsequently l be stored in our systems. If multiple authentication methods (email/password, Google, or Facebook) share the same email address, they will be linked to the same account. You cannot create separate accounts using different authentication methods if they share the same email address. By registering, you represent that you have read, understood, acknowledged, and accepted these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using this webpage and the platforms and do not proceed with the registration.
In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:
Sites: means any links to other webpages contained in the platform/webpage of Correctify.
Terms and Conditions: means these terms and conditions of use as may be amended, extended, or replaced from time to time by Correctify and notified to the user.
User: means any person having access to Correctify and/or making use of the platform/webpage and/or creates an account and/or who makes payments and effects payment transaction(s) via the webpage/platform.
User Account (“Account”): refers to an individual account created on the Correctify platform by any user. The User Account is personal to the individual and allows access to the platform's services.
Organization Workspace (“Organization” or “Organization Workspace”): is a dedicated area created for each User Account, representing an organization, business, or entity. This workspace is connected to the User Account's creator, who is recognized as the Owner of the Organization Workspace. The Organization Workspace serves as a collaborative environment where multiple Account Users can be invited to work together and manage the organization's activities on the platform.
Owner of an Organization Workspace (“Organization Owner”): refers to the user who creates a User Account, which also establishes an Organization Workspace for them. This user holds primary control over the workspace and its settings, including managing subscriptions and inviting Authorized Users. The ownership of the Organization Workspace is permanent and cannot be transferred to another user. The Owner has full access rights, which may include, but are not limited to, uploading content, managing subscriptions, using credits, inviting other users, and managing personal data associated with the workspace. The Owner is responsible for overseeing all actions performed by Authorized Users under their workspace and remains ultimately liable for any purchases, subscriptions, or changes to account settings made by those Authorized Users.
Authorized Users of an Organization Workspace: refers to users who have been invited by the Owner of the Organization Workspace or another Authorized User with the appropriate permissions to access and use the Organization Workspace. Authorized Users must first create their own individual User Account on the Correctify platform. Once invited and accepted, their User Account will be linked to the Organization Workspace. Authorized Users may be assigned specific access rights, which may include, but are not limited to, uploading content, managing subscriptions, using credits, inviting other users, and managing personal data associated with the workspace. When a User Account is created, an Organization Workspace is also created by default, in which the Authorized User can be the owner of that Organization Workspace, while they may also act as Authorized Users in other Organization Workspaces to which they have been invited.
This webpage and/or the platform is operated by the Correctify team ("we" or "us") and by using the Correctify’s webpage and/or platforms you are bound by these Terms and Conditions. For the avoidance of any doubt, these Terms and Conditions form the entire agreement and/or contract between us and you as a User.
When you create an account on the Correctify platform, you will initially have access to a free trial, during which you can explore the platform's features. After the trial period, you may keep your account; however, continued use of the platform’s services requires a subscription plan. Various plans are offered according to your needs, and by subscribing, you agree to the applicable fees as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
If you are an Authorized User of an Organization Workspace, your ability to use the platform’s services is based on the subscription plan of the Organization Workspace to which you have been invited. The services you can access and use will depend on the plan subscribed to by the Owner of that Organization Workspace.
We encourage you to check prior to each use to ensure that you understand the precise Terms and Conditions applicable to your platform/webpage visit. To assist you in determining whether the Terms and Conditions have changed since your most recent use, we will display the date when these Terms and Conditions were most recently updated.
To register on our webpage and/or platform and subscribe to a paid plan, you must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to use our Services. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, creating an account, and subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that you are at least 18 years old, and accept the applicable subscription fees and terms associated with your chosen plan. It is important to provide us with the correct and complete information as requested via our webpage and/or platforms. In case you consider that the provided information registered with us is incomplete, inaccurate or wrong please make sure to correct and update your personal information to ensure that our records are correct.
You acknowledge and agree that you have no ownership or intellectual or other rights to your Account. All rights to Accounts are and will only be owned by and to the benefit of Correctify.
We reserve the right to decline a new registration, to suspend, or disable your account at any time and at our sole and absolute discretion. If it is considered necessary, we may provide you with an advance notification for the suspension of your account giving the reasons for our decision.
Authorized Users and Access Rights: The Organization owner may authorize multiple users to access the Organization Workspace and assign specific access rights to each user, including but not limited to performing actions such as uploading content, managing subscriptions, using credits, inviting new users, managing the access rights of other users, and managing information and personal data regarding the workspace.
Authorized users who are given the right to invite new users may assign access rights to those users accordingly, thereby expanding the circle of authorized users with the Organization owner's permission.
Responsibility for User Actions: The Organization owner acknowledges and agrees that they are fully responsible for the actions of any users they authorize to access the Organization Workspace, including but not limited to any purchases, subscriptions, use of credits, invitations of new users, and management of user access rights and personal data within the workspace.
By granting access to additional users, the Organization owner certifies that they have authorized those users to act on their behalf, and any actions taken by those users, including inviting and managing new users, will be deemed to have been made with the Organization owner's consent and authority.
Binding Authority: The Organization owner acknowledges that all actions performed by authorized users, including the invitation of new users and the management of their access rights, will be legally binding on the Organization owner. This includes, but is not limited to, subscription purchases, credit usage, data management, and any other actions performed under the Organization Workspace.
The Organization owner agrees that any actions performed by authorized users, including subscriptions or the assignment of access rights to other users, are valid and binding under these Terms and Conditions.
Revoking Access and Liability: The Organization owner can revoke access rights at any time through the account management tools provided. However, any actions taken by authorized users prior to the revocation of access remain the responsibility of the Organization owner.
The Organization owner is liable for any actions or misuse by authorized users, including new users invited by them, unless they can demonstrate that the misuse occurred after the user’s access was revoked.
Disputes Between Organization Owner and Authorized Users: We are not responsible for resolving disputes between the Organization owner and any authorized users, including users invited by others. Any internal disputes regarding the management of the account, invitations, or actions taken by authorized users must be resolved by the Organization owner and those users.
Credits and Subscriptions: When a user first creates an account, an Organization Workspace is also created for that User Account. If the user subscribes to one of our plans, the credits associated with the subscription are then allocated to the Organization Workspace owned by the subscriber. These credits can only be used within the Organization Workspace linked to the subscriber’s plan.
Authorized Users and Credit Usage: If the Organization Owner invites other users to join as Authorized Users, those Authorized Users can only use the credits purchased for that Organization Workspace within that specific workspace and not in their own Organization Workspace.
Restrictions for Authorized Users: Authorized Users cannot use or transfer credits from the Organization Workspace they’ve been invited to, unless they themselves are the owner of a subscribed plan. Credits are solely available for use by the subscriber within the workspace they own.
Payments, Refunds, and Renewals:
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up to date at all times.
After the trial period, if you wish to continue using the service, you must subscribe to one of the available plans.
We will send you a reminder notification at least 30 days before the renewal date, informing you of the upcoming renewal and the amount that will be charged.
If you cancel the automatic renewal, your access to the service will continue until the end of your current subscription period, but it will not automatically renew.
You must manually enable this option if you wish to use it. If the option is not enabled, your subscription will continue under the standard renewal schedule as outlined in the Subscription Term and Automatic Renewal section.
If you believe you were charged in error or encounter any issues related to billing, you must contact us at info@correctify.com.cy within 14 days of the charge.
We reserve the right to modify and/or update these Terms and Conditions, including any subscription plans or fees, at any time. If any changes are made, we will notify you via the e-mail address you provided during registration, or by prominently displaying the changes on our webpage and/or our platforms. The changes will become effective after providing proper notice. If you choose not to agree to the updated Terms and Conditions or subscription plans, you may discontinue your use of the webpage and/or platforms. By continuing to use the webpage and/or platforms after the effective date of the changes, you signify your agreement to be bound by the revised Terms and Conditions.
When you register to use the webpage and/or platform you will be asked to create a password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. You will be responsible for all activities carried out under your password regardless of whether or not they were performed and authorized by you. We have implemented reasonable and appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect all personal data and information we collect against security risks.
