The old way

Nowadays, if you need marketing material for your business, you have two options: hire a designer or become one yourself. Both options are too slow and expensive for today’s content-heavy world.

Using beginner-friendly design tools means sorting through an endless sea of templates to find the best, then altering it to make it fit your text. Needless to say, you have to recreate the whole design by copy-pasting all the text into the template. An error-prone and slow process, to say the least. This, of course, implies that you have already spent significant time choosing the right tool and learning how to use it. Trying to become a part-time designer also means that you have to worry about font pairing, high color contrast ratio and spacing, and who has time for that while the business’ operations are running?

Designs that don’t look AI-generated

Almost all AI-generated designs look unmistakably AI-made. And they all look the same. The gap between what a professional designer can create and what most AI tools produce is still huge. So, how does Correctify address it?

The problem with AI slop starts with the prompt. Basic prompts like ‘’generate a modern flyer’’ rarely produce outstanding results. Today’s generic models have not been trained on high-quality graphics and they do not inherently understand what a first-class ‘’modern flyer’’ looks like.

Detailed instructions can improve the result, but describing every element (layout, typography, hierarchy, colors, spacing) defeats the purpose of using AI to save time. Plus you must know exactly how the final result should like which most of the time you don’t, unless you are a professional designer.

Correctify’s most powerful weapon in the war against AI slop is Blueprints.

Blueprints are designs created by our team or other users that can be used as a visual reference. By selecting a Blueprint, Correctify applies its style to your own content, automatically. Like pointing to a great design and saying “make my content look like this.”

Blueprints are the evolution of traditional design templates. Templates require you to manually replace text, reposition elements, and adapt the layout to fit your content. Blueprints don’t make you work and they are a great way to find inspiration. The best part is that they can be combined with your brand kit (colors, fonts and logos) for stunning, on-brand results.

 

How Correctify works

Correctify’s workflow includes 2 stages:

1. Content: Provide the text and images that will be used inside your design by writing, importing or generating with AI.
2. Design settings: Define how your design will look like by adding instructions or choosing a Blueprint.

1. Choose if you want to add existing text or generate new with AI

Everything centres around your text, so as soon as you sign up, you will be asked to choose between 2 options:

 

2. Finalize text and images and click Choose design settings

 

3. Define the look and feel of your design

Now that you have finalized your text, it’s time to define the aesthetic using any of the below:

• Select design size
• Upload your logo
• Select a Blueprint from our library to create a similar design with your content
• Use a Brand Kit by adding your logos, color, fonts and instructions
• Add instructions or prompts

As soon as you are ready, click Generate design.

 

4. Your design is ready within in minutes

 

5. Refine your design

You can edit your design by asking the Agent to add images, change colors or move elements around. If you are unhappy with a change, simply click Undo from the left toolbar. Alternatively, you can make manual edits by selecting elements and dragging them around with your mouse.

 

6. Download or Publish

Once you’ve landed on the perfect design, click Download to export it as a PDF, PNG or Publish your design online and get a QR code and link to share with your customers.

If you wish to update your published design with a new one, you can do so by using the Push Live button on the top right corner. Your published design will be instantly updated while your QR code and link remain the same!
