Nowadays, if you need marketing material for your business, you have two options: hire a designer or become one yourself. Both options are too slow and expensive for today’s content-heavy world.

Using beginner-friendly design tools means sorting through an endless sea of templates to find the best, then altering it to make it fit your text. Needless to say, you have to recreate the whole design by copy-pasting all the text into the template. An error-prone and slow process, to say the least. This, of course, implies that you have already spent significant time choosing the right tool and learning how to use it. Trying to become a part-time designer also means that you have to worry about font pairing, high color contrast ratio and spacing, and who has time for that while the business’ operations are running?

As a result, many businesses choose to outsource their designs to professional graphic designers and agencies, a process that promises high-quality results but involves long waiting times and very high fees. And what happens every time you need to make a small change? More waiting and more fees.

Meet Design Studio

Correctify’s Design Studio is a game-changing AI designer that creates designs and marketing material incredibly fast. With our content-first approach, your designs are generated using the exact text and images you provide.

Need a company brochure with 2,000 words and 5 images? Just add your content, choose size and style and you are done in minutes. Design Studio automatically takes care of all the details that usually take hours like font pairing, color selection, layout, composition, spacing and decorations.

 

How it works

Design Studio is built differently. While most design tools make you perfect the layout and aesthetics first, then scramble to fit your content in, we start with what actually matters: your content.

Correctify generates designs based on your text and images, not generic templates or empty placeholders. You get finished, on-brand designs from the very beginning.

To create a design, start by creating a new document from the Documents page of the dashboard. Each document has two tabs: Text and Design. Designs generated in the Design tab include all the text and images you add inside the Text tab.

 

1. Provide your content

Start by adding your content inside the Text tab by typing or importing a document. Our modern editor is built using content blocks, so text, headings and images can be easily moved, duplicated or deleted. There are numerous blocks to choose from like headings, notes and images.

 

2. Generate a design

Once your text is ready, switch to the Design tab to generate your first design. Open the Design Preferences modal and define the look and feel of your design by choosing:

• Size
• Logo
• Style (e.g., Christmas, Elegant, Retro, Pop Art)
• Colors and fonts (or let Design Studio pick them for you)

As soon as you are ready, click Generate and watch your design come to life. Depending on the amount of content, generation may take a couple of minutes, but it’s worth the wait.

 

3. Refine with Agent

Now that you have generated a design, you can easily refine it by chatting with Agent. Ask the Agent to add uploaded images, change colors or move elements around. If you are unhappy with a change, simply click Undo from the left toolbar.

If you want a fresh start, generate another design option using the Design Preferences modal from the left toolbar. Your past designs can be accessed by clicking My Designs from the left toolbar.

 

4. Download or Publish

Once you’ve landed on the perfect design, click Download to export it as a PDF, PNG or Publish your design online and get a QR code and link to share with your customers.

If you wish to update your published design with a new one, you can do so by using the Push Live button on the top right corner. Your published design will be instantly updated while your QR code and link remain the same!
